Personal Training gives you the opportunity to work 1-1 with our exercise & nutrition experts. We take a comprehensive view of your lifestyle, diet & current fitness level’s before designing a tailor made exercise & nutrition programme exclusive to you and your goals! We will be with you every step of the way, helping to motivate & inspire you and make any needed adjustments to keep you on track and reach your targets!
Our 1-1 gym based sessions will take place at The Fit Club in Northwood, West London.
